Our installer Eric was amazing. We are self-managed and did not have our IP addresses correct. Eric was very patient while we worked through our issues. He was very extremely professional and answered all our questions without hesitation. Chris was assigned as our Go Live consultant. He too was amazing. He was extremely informative with both the FOH and BOH operations. I have been with Karl Strauss for over 25 years and have worked with tons of consultants over those years. Chris was by far the best consultant I have ever worked with. Chris was able to identify some of our issues right away and presented solutions quickly and efficiently.
