I really appreciate how Max went above and beyond! From the installation to Go-Live Support, he was very detailed and provided assurance each step of the way. Our installer Eric was amazing. We are self-managed and did not have our IP addresses correct. Eric was very patient while we worked through our issues. Chris was by far the best consultant I have ever worked with. Chris was able to identify some of our issues right away and presented solutions quickly and efficiently. Chris was approachable and honest in his explanations, even if that meant he did not have the solution we were looking for. I would recommend Chris as a Go Live consultant for everyone.

Marlena was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and efficient as we walked through all the steps to install and configure each of our pieces of equipment…The install and config for the most part went extremely smoothly – I could tell that Marlena had done this many times before, and most likely always with newbies such as myself – but I learned so much about how the system works and how all the components integrate…I would specifically ask for her help because I know I can trust her vast knowledge and experience, because of her amazing patience, and I know we work together extremely well.

Chris was very helpful during our implementation. He is knowledgeable about the product, so he was able to answer any questions we had. He’s also willing to help us over the phone whenever we need although it’s been 3 or 4 weeks already. Keep up the good work!

Chris was so helpful!!
