Our installer Eric was amazing. We are self-managed and did not have our IP addresses correct. Eric was very patient while we worked through our issues. He was extremely informative with both the FOH and BOH operations. I have been with Karl Strauss for over 25 years and have worked with tons of consultants over those years.
