We had the pleasure of working with Danny a few days ago. This is our second location and training, so we asked Danny for a “next level” training and boy did we get it. He helped us find solutions for all of our cash handling/security concerns and showed us some loss management reports that we didn’t know existed. He helped us with our tip sharing, order and pay QR codes, job code permissions, and solved the bartender deposit procedure. We appreciate that he followed up today and would highly recommend SORA.

Sean went over and beyond to provide service to our administration and staff. Answering questions, showing us how to fix or make corrections using Toast POS system. Everything went so smooth. Marlena was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and efficient as we walked through all the steps to install and configure each of our pieces of equipment…The install and config for the most part went extremely smoothly – I could tell that Marlena had done this many times before, and most likely always with newbies such as myself – but I learned so much about how the system works and how all the components integrate…I would specifically ask for her help because I know I can trust her vast knowledge and experience, because of her amazing patience, and I know we work together extremely well.
