Chris was so helpful!! I just wanted to pass on the feedback from my Food and Beverage team regarding the recent training we had with Art. My team has been very happy with his training style and the way he delivered the information. Art was very thorough and detailed: covered all the topics to help our team get up to speed with getting up and running.
Our installer Eric was amazing. We are self-managed and did not have our IP addresses correct. Eric was very patient while we worked through our issues. He was very extremely professional and answered all our questions without hesitation. Chris was assigned as our Go Live consultant. He too was amazing. He was extremely informative with both the FOH and BOH operations. I have been with Karl Strauss for over 25 years and have worked with tons of consultants over those years. Chris was by far the best consultant I have ever worked with. Chris was able to identify some of our issues right away and presented solutions quickly and efficiently. Chris was approachable and honest in his explanations, even if that meant he did not have the solution we were looking for. I would recommend Chris as a Go Live consultant for everyone.

Marlena was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and efficient as we walked through all the steps to install and configure each of our pieces of equipment…The install and config for the most part went extremely smoothly – I could tell that Marlena had done this many times before, and most likely always with newbies such as myself – but I learned so much about how the system works and how all the components integrate…I would specifically ask for her help because I know I can trust her vast knowledge and experience, because of her amazing patience, and I know we work together extremely well.
