We had the pleasure of working with Danny a few days ago. This is our second location and training, so we asked Danny for a “next level” training and boy did we get it. He helped us find solutions for all of our cash handling/security concerns and showed us some loss management reports that we didn’t know existed. He helped us with our tip sharing, order and pay QR codes, job code permissions, and solved the bartender deposit procedure. We appreciate that he followed up today and would highly recommend SORA.

Amy was phenomenal: period! She was patient, informative, friendly, calming, and reassuring. Amy went above and beyond setting up our menu(s) when she realized they weren’t after our discussion. I didn’t feel rushed at any time, and she checked in often. Amy is an absolute superstar (along with James and Ben). That trio really eased our anxiety of going live on our busiest weekend. Our installer Eric was amazing. We are self-managed and did not have our IP addresses correct. Eric was very patient while we worked through our issues. He was very extremely professional and answered all our questions without hesitation. Chris was assigned as our Go Live consultant. He too was amazing. He was extremely informative with both the FOH and BOH operations. I have been with Karl Strauss for over 25 years and have worked with tons of consultants over those years. Chris was by far the best consultant I have ever worked with. Chris was able to identify some of our issues right away and presented solutions quickly and efficiently. Chris was approachable and honest in his explanations, even if that meant he did not have the solution we were looking for. I would recommend Chris as a Go Live consultant for everyone.
There was no better person for the job than Jeremy onsite at this Marriott Property. He followed process to a T, took ownership and control of the install/GL despite some minor setbacks, and had great communication with our internal team. Thank you Jeremy!

Chris was so helpful!! Not only did he help me with the installation, but he answered all of my questions about staff list, payroll, etc. He taught me how to use the system and walked me through everything step by step while being very patient. Marlena was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and efficient as we walked through all the steps to install and configure each of our pieces of equipment…The install and config for the most part went extremely smoothly – I could tell that Marlena had done this many times before, and most likely always with newbies such as myself – but I learned so much about how the system works and how all the components integrate…I would specifically ask for her help because I know I can trust her vast knowledge and experience, because of her amazing patience, and I know we work together extremely well.
